Slumbers of a Black garden
Little minibus comes closer to the border of unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. It's become impossible to see something outside, heavy milky fog covered mountains and villages. All beauty and all wounds of this land were hidden. Protests and riots started in 1988 - the year of my Birth. Later it became one of the most cruel war on the former Soviet Union area. The war finished more than 20 years ago, but the tension on the border with Azerbaijan still doesn't descend. In recent years the situation escalates more often than before. The only road in and out of this country winds through the narrow Lachin Corridor. Because of isolation it seems that this territory immersed in a slumber, hovered between peace and war.
